Serendipity
From DirtyTorque
Serendipity is a game lodge which is situated about 1.5 hours north of Pretoria near Nylstroom.
The enduro loop in its current form is about 20 km long and is tight and technical. The loop has 3 mayor climbs, 2 of which have chicken runs to accommodate the less experienced riders, 2 river bed sections and an abandoned house which must be negotiated as part of the loop. The venue was also recently endorsed by the fact that Serendipity served as a race venue for the Enduro World Cross Country (EWXC) race series and all indications are that Serendipity will become a regular race venue for EWXC events in future.
The advance 4x4 trail can also be done with a 2 wheeler, the trail consists out of medium fast sections and technical sections with a couple of climbs that compares to the well-known Coconut's at De Wildt in respect of difficulty.
Serendipity accommodates day as well as weekend visitors.
